The beds here are surprisingly comfortable. I slept great. The shower is really nice and roomy. The property was fairly quiet.

Location was perfect for activities nearby. Parking was an extra $25 but the back fenced-in area provided a good level of security. The bed was just the right firmness for back support and overall comfort. I loved that the shower had instant hot water and was very easy to operate. I also liked that the room included a refrigerator and microwave.

The staff were top notch! I needed to store my suitcase at their office because I was there so early and it was not a big deal. Vincent is a gem. The room was really clean and nice. I felt safe and it served it's purpose. There are a couple nearby restaurants: Azucar Lounge and Rocco's cafe. Highly recommend them both.

Nice and friendly staff, service of maids was great and friendly and helpful in so many ways! Please, be generous to the Latina Maids,not many help them and they get so thankful when you tipped it warmed my heart seeing how they reacted to the $20 toip I faithfully gave each time it was a cleanup service dije for me …. And I got priority service due to my generous tip. Loved it every time! I speak Spanish and English fluently since 4years old,, I was able to chat and hear them out. The parking on site was very convenient. We stayed two nights for different raves we went to. It was close to a lot of things. It was nothing fancy but just enough for us to get ready for the night and come back and sleep

Location, staff value. Also, there is a little less scrutiny. I keep funky hours and also drive at night, so when i get into my room, i dont feel like im being scrutinized by the staff or other patrons. Its definitely the City life which is in me and so i appreciate it. Perhaps not for you if your not accustomed to diversity, tolerance and forgiveness as you might experience all of these things being used but in my book that makes us all better human beings. So that too is a positive. If your traveling from other parts of the country and world and are looking for the real deal this is the spot to experience the streets of San Francisco safely. If your the type of parents that hide reality from your children then perhaps this place isnt for you.

The facility is very clean and friendly staff and they are very helpful and lenient with certain situations. Understand that life happens and we're very patient with me and my spouse on an emergency day and no late fee for late payement. I recommend this hotel very much! It's not like anything it once use to be before Covid shutdown. Give it a try if you ever had a not so good experience here before 2020. It's a different experience now a days.
